My goal as a private teacher is certainly to form in my learners a deep recognition along with self-assurance when answering exam questions and being able to deal with new problems. My theory is actually based on the idea that learning occurs in an environment of reciprocal trust in which the person is motivated to think and make new links on their own. My practice has been that private training has a unique advantage to learners due to the ability to resolve the children' particular restraints to study in a manner that lays the foundations for a deep and lasting discovering of the material.
Student’s needs and learning style meaning
My approach varies depending on the student's learning style and needs. My teaching ideology is based on stimulating students to think for themselves, using real-world models wherever they can. |My opinion is that it is extremely important to provide students with a working knowledge and to practice analytical skill-sets for building upon this knowledge. Training anyone to think analytically is at the core of what exactly a scholar should take away off any subject training.
The role of mentoring
The most lasting contributions a coach are able to do is training learners, and it is a procedure, that I consider to be enjoyable and beneficial.
